The Dairy at Daviot is a converted 19th century farm, now offering luxurious self catering cottages within a private estate. Whatever your reason for visiting the Highlands, you can be sure of a true home from home experience. There is a minimum 3 night stay rule to unlock pricing and availability.
The rooms
Six four-star cottages, all of which have stunning views of the surrounding fields and woodland. Each cottage sleeps up to four adults, and can accommodate up to two small children. Cottages can be configured with super king or twin beds. All cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, and an outside seating area in a cobbled courtyard. Welcome packs with wine, milk, and shortbread are also provided.

Keep your eyes peeled for a variety of events held throughout the year, ranging from whisky festivals, to debate nights, to music and dance events. This is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands. The Dairy at Daviot is also in association with Landmark, which provides a great range of outdoor attractions for all ages.

Need to know
All ages welcome. A high chair and standard size travel cot are provided in each cottage on request, we supply a bottom sheet and fleece blanket. Dogs are permitted in Holstein and Ayrshire for an additional charge of £5 per night per dog. Strictly no smoking. Please note that the cafe is open daily from 9:30am – 5pm during the summer, and 9:30am – 4pm during the winter. Booking is advised, especially at weekends.
Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am. Please advise at time of booking if you require a more flexible check in time.
